Mphona Civils (Pty) Ltd, is a dynamic and visionary company driven by the goal of transforming South Africa's societal infrastructure. With our in-house Smart City Technologies Solutions (SCTS), we aim to position South Africa as the leading country in Africa, offering innovative solutions for the next generation of urban development.
Founded in 2016, we take great pride in being a 100% black-owned company, with women and youth ownership. Our primary focus revolves around reshaping spatial housing patterns across South Africa, creating inclusive, denser, and mixed-use urban areas. We strive for a functional housing market that caters to various affordability levels and needs.
At Mphona, we seek to create an enabling environment for economic growth, job creation, and sustainable integrated human settlements, resulting in an improved quality of life. Our objective is to develop Integrated Sustainable Human Settlements, also known as Smart Cities, which foster non-racial integrated societies and provide access to adequate socio-economic infrastructure.
Our strategies align with the National Development Plan, addressing inequities in the land market, promoting efficient and equitable urban forms, accommodating diverse household types and circumstances, and placing economic development and job creation at the heart of municipal operations.
